Clients who receive structural work
When used in conjunction with chiropractic and physical therapy, massage therapy helps by releasing the tight muscles to allow the structure to retain the work done by these professionals. The skeletal system is your structural support system, but it’s the muscles that provide the ability for the body to move. When you have a structural mal-alignment, in most cases the muscles have responded by tightening into the new position. Unless you release the tightened muscles you are limiting the success of structural work that you have performed.

I only accept checks and cash. Payment is expected at the time of treatment, unless prior arrangements have been made. Gift Certificates available.
Please allow 24 hours notice for cancellations, if possible. I understand that sometimes we all have schedule changes and I will reschedule appointments at the last minute at no charge. I don’t like to charge people unless work has been performed, so I don’t make a habit of it. However, if you continually cancel appointments, especially without rescheduling, I will stop allowing you to make appointments.
Stress retention, bad posture, and a chronically bad back and neck cause me soreness, stiffness and pain. Sandy is able to get in there and combat my perpetually tight muscles and give me relief that lasts. While she can’t follow me around and stop me from doing the things that make me sore, she has demonstrated some fantastic stretching exercises that help me in between visits. She’s also always moving forward and educating herself with new ideas and methods to better the results of my sessions and my specific issues. I really appreciate the way she keeps finding ways to make me feel more comfortable and relaxed in my everyday life.
